This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used by samāgama.ai. We use authentication storage to keep you signed in and optional analytics through Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4 and PostHog (EU-hosted) only after you consent. We use analytics to understand product health and paid checkout conversion. We do not use advertising cookies or ad networks.

The authentication cookie is classified as "strictly necessary" under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. It is required for the Service to function. Without it, you would not be able to log in or maintain a session.
Google Analytics 4 events are used for aggregate product measurement, not advertising. We do not send card numbers, CVV values, or bank account details to Google Analytics.
PostHog is hosted in the European Union (eu.posthog.com). Events sent to PostHog identify the user by their account UUID only - never by email, name, or any other personal field. Conversation content, personality discovery answers, and chat message bodies are never transmitted to PostHog.
What We Do Not Use
- No advertising cookies - we do not serve advertisements and do not use advertising networks.
- No social media trackers - we do not use Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar advertising/social tracking pixels.
- No preference cookies - we do not use cookies to store your preferences. Your preferences are stored securely in your encrypted account data on our servers.
Analytics and Consent
Analytics storage is not required to use samāgama.ai. You can block or delete analytics cookies through your browser settings, or reject optional cookies in the banner before analytics scripts load.
The banner presents necessary, analytics, and marketing categories. Necessary storage is always on because the service cannot authenticate you without it. Analytics and marketing are optional. Marketing is currently reserved for future consent-based communication preferences and is off unless selected.
Local Storage & Client-Side Data
In addition to cookies, some websites store data in your browser's localStorage or sessionStorage. samāgama.ai does not store sensitive personal data in localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB. Client-side storage may include authentication state managed by our auth provider and non-sensitive interface choices such as billing country preference.
Changes to This Policy
If we introduce additional categories of cookies, we will update this policy and provide the appropriate consent mechanisms required by law before setting any non-essential cookies.
